Advisory board

Two senior advisors. Three decades each.

The TrusCodes advisory board is small by design. Each advisor brings direct, current operating experience in a domain TrusCodes must satisfy — banking-grade service operations, and large-enterprise regulated manufacturing. Their role is to stress-test the platform against the expectations of the buyers it is built for.

Narayan A
Advisor, Manufacturing & Regulated Enterprise Adoption

Narayan A is a senior corporate leader with over 35 years of management experience spanning manufacturing, pharmaceutical and healthcare operations, and diversified-enterprise leadership, including more than 33 years with the Piramal Group in Mumbai.

He currently serves as Vice President at Piramal Realty Private Limited, a position he has held since November 2013, based at the group's Parel office in Mumbai. Earlier within the Piramal Group, he served as Vice President at Piramal Enterprises Limited (April 2012 — November 2013, Vikhroli), and held a long-standing role as General Manager at Piramal Healthcare, the group's pharmaceutical and healthcare business.

His career began in manufacturing leadership at Raymond Limited as Assistant Manager (November 1990 — September 1992, Thane), one of India's established textile and lifestyle manufacturers, before joining the Piramal Group in 1992.

Narayan's experience spans three regulated and quality-sensitive industries — pharmaceutical and healthcare manufacturing, large-scale industrial textiles, and real estate development at institutional scale — across the Indian operating environment. His functional exposure includes corporate operations, governance, and enterprise programme leadership through a multi-decade tenure with one of India's longest-established diversified business houses.

At TrusCodes, Narayan advises on enterprise-adoption readiness, compliance expectations in regulated industries, and the buyer-side realities of pilot and rollout in large Indian enterprises. His role is to stress-test the platform's fit against the operating models of manufacturing and healthcare organisations, and to reinforce the audit-readiness bar required for procurement and inspection review.

How the board operates

Stress-testing, not endorsement.

/ 01 · MANDATE

Operating-model review

Advisors review the TrusCodes operating model against the standards of regulated banks and large-enterprise manufacturers — service management, exception handling, evidence retention, and resilience.

/ 02 · MANDATE

Buyer-side perspective

Advisors apply the perspective of the procurement, compliance, and IT review teams that evaluate platforms like TrusCodes — the questions actually asked in committee, not the ones in marketing decks.

/ 03 · MANDATE

Governance & audit

Advisors review the audit-evidence structure, the documentation provided to compliance teams, and the readiness of the platform for inspection and regulator review.

Independence note. Advisors are engaged in a non-executive capacity. They do not represent the views of their employers. Public bios on this page are fact-anchored to each advisor's public LinkedIn profile and reviewed at the same cadence as the rest of the team page.
Operating philosophy

Principles designed for long-term institutional trust.

01

Governance before growth

Systems must pass scrutiny before scaling.

02

Verification over assertion

Every claim must be backed by controls.

03

Simplicity with rigor

Easy to use, never simplistic in design.

04

Long-term trust over short-term wins

Durability over campaigns.
